Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
